Please be advised that in connection with the entry into force on December 22, 2021 of the Act amending the Act on special solutions related to the prevention, prevention and combating of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them, and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2021 item 2368) in accordance with art. 3.section 3 points 7 flood risk management plans for river basin districts – become flood risk management plans for river basin districts within the meaning of Art. 172 sec. 1 of this Act (Water Law, Journal of Laws 2021, item 2233) and shall be reviewed until December 22, 2022 and, if necessary, updated.
