The public consultation will last 6 months, from December 22, 2020 to September 22, 2021. Pursuant to Art. 39 par. 1 of the Act of 3 October 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 283, as amended) and on the basis of Article 173 of the Water Law Act (Journal of Laws 2020, item 310, as amended) are carried out by the minister competent for water management.
There are several options for submitting comments to the draft uFRMP:
- By sending information to the e-mail address: konsultacje@stoppowodzi.pl;
- In writing in the venue where the documents are available: Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie, Krajowy Zarząd Gospodarki Wodnej, ul. Żelazna 59A, 00-848 Warsaw;
- In writing to the postal address: Ministry of Infrastructure, ul. Chałubińskiego 4/6, 00-928 Warsaw (PDF or Word forms you can find – HERE);
- Orally for the record in the seat of the Ministry of Infrastructure (ul. Nowy Świat 6/12, 00-400 Warsaw, 3rd floor, room 308 – Department of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation).
uFRMP projects are available on the project website: https://stoppowodzi.pl/projekty-apzrp/. Comments will be considered successively and the results will be published on the project website.
